Apple v Adobe

Personally, I find it very strange that Mac is going against what made them so popular. Remember when they claimed to "just work" -you didn't need to constantly install drivers, etc. It was "Plug and Play". That was a great business plan.

Now, they don't want to "just work" anymore.

I had been holding out for the promise of flash with each new version of the ipod/phone. But, now I will not buy a mac product because of the chosen stand S.Jobs has taken regarding flash. Why would MAC put themselves in such a box? They only had a 10% share of the market, and are now alienating even more people.

Even if HTML5 does what flash does... many site were built with flash. Should all of those websites be converted to HTML5 for those few users who are not going to use a PC platform? It just seems silly to me.

In my opinion, "Bad move, Jobs!"

You had a great product loyalty and reputation, why would you undermine yourself?
